Ingredients
To make Chili Honey Potato, we need the following ingredients:
- Potatoes = 1 cup potatoes
- Onion = 1/2 cup
- Garlic (finely chopped) = 2 tablespoon
- Green chili (finely chopped) = 2 tablespoon
- Green capsicum = 1/2 cup
- Red capsicum = 1/2 cup
- Oil (for frying) = 2 cups
- Oil (for gravy) = 5 teaspoon
- Soy sauce = 2 teaspoon
- Vinegar = 2 teaspoon
- Green chili sauce = 2 teaspoon
- Chili powder = 2 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce = 2 teaspoon
- Red chili sauce = 2 teaspoon
- Honey = 2 teaspoon
- Cornflour = 1/2 cup
- Salt = As per taste

Process
First, peel the potatoes carefully and wash them well. Cut off a little from both ends and also the top and bottom. Then slice them into thick pieces. Take a large bowl and place the potatoes inside.
Next, add your favorite spices, along with a condiment, and then sprinkle in some salt and chili powder. Mix everything together nicely and let it sit for a moment.

Pour two cups of oil into a pan and heat it up. Once the oil is hot, add the potatoes one by one, stirring gently until the oil changes color to red. After adding all the potatoes, stir them occasionally until they turn golden brown. When they are golden, take them out and set them on a plate.

In another pan, pour in five tablespoons of oil and heat it up. Once the oil is ready, add ginger, garlic, and chopped green chilies, and cook for about one minute. Then, add chopped onions and stir for one to two minutes. Next, mix in red and green capsicum and chopped onion leaves. Combine everything well and cook for two to three minutes, being careful not to overcook the vegetables. After that, add chili powder, vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce, green chili sauce, tomato sauce, and salt, mixing everything well. Cook the sauce for no more than one minute.

In a small bowl, take two spoons of cornflour, add water, and mix it. Pour this mixture into the sauce to thicken it.
Once the gravy is thick, gently fold in the fried potatoes and stir together for another two to three minutes.

Finally, add some honey and mix well. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top and stir everything together again.
