Process

  1. To make Green Veg Fried Rice, first take 150 grams of coriander leaves, 10 green chilies and 10 garlic cloves and make a paste. Keep in mind to take enough coriander leaves as it gives green colour to the fried rice.
  2. Take a pan, add 1/4 cup refined oil in it and cook on medium flame. After 2 minutes, add 1 big cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon, 4 cloves and 4 black pepper. Fry them for 1 minute. Keep in mind that these whole spices do not burn.
  3. Now add the coriander leaf paste which we made earlier. Fry for a minute and then add a pinch of turmeric powder. Now fry the paste till the paste is cooked well and the oil separates.
  4. Now add 1 cup green peas and salt as per taste. Mix everything well and close the lid and let it cook till the green peas are cooked well.
