Spicy Veg Manchow Soup Recipe

Ingredients

To make veg manchow soup, we need the following:

  • Refined oil = 2 to 4 tablespoon
  • Garlic = 6 cloves
  • Ginger = 1 inch
  • Onion = 1
  • Cabbage, carrot, bean, capsicum = 1/2 cup each
  • Vegetable stock = 1 litre
  • Soya sauce = 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder = 1/2 tablespoon
  • Salt = As per taste
  • Cornflour water = 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves
  • Spring onion
  • Manchow (for garnish)

Process

  1. Take a kadhai and add 4 tablespoon refined oil. To it, add 6 finely chopped garlic gloves and 1 inch finely chopped ginger.
  2. Add 1 finely chopped onion. Mix well.
  3. Add 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage, bean, carrot, and capsicum and 6 finely chopped green chillies.
  4. Make sure the vegetables remain slightly raw.
  5. Add 1 litre vegetable stock 1 litre.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon soya sauce.
  7. Mix everything well.
  8. Now, add salt as per taste. Add coriander leaves and spring onion.
  9. Now, to thicken soup, add 1/2 cup cornflour water.
  10. Let it boil for 10 minutes. Make sure your soup becomes thick.
  11. Your veg manchow soup is ready. Now, garnish it with manchow and serve.
